At Attain, your contribution will help us build a more equitable and efficient data sharing ecosystem—whether helping consumers access modern financial services or businesses leverage data to achieve better outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with hands-on leaders and mission-driven individuals everyday.

Our Leadership Team continues to grow at Attain, and we are looking for a Vice President of Business Development who will work with organizations across the ad-tech ecosystem, to advance Attain’s broad swath of partnership opportunities. You’ll increase Attain’s key monetization pillars, as we expand our data licensing business via in-depth partnership agreements to advance our cutting-edge efforts in the advertising industry. Your expertise in the digital media space, strategic mindset and relationship building skills will help inform and amplify our roadmap of targets and opportunities across DSPs, closed ecosystems and data platforms. 

  • 7+ years of business development experience in the digital advertising space, with extensive experience driving full cycle revenue and large scale partnerships 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with experience building high-performing teams 
  • Strong relationships with target partners of ours (closed ecosystems, DSPs, data platforms)
  • Proficient understanding in data-driven advertising as well as the demand side of the advertising landscape 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

  • Initiate and establish key partnership opportunities for Attain through existing or new relationships 
  • Identify market need, revenue opportunity and strategy to drive existing partnerships forward
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients, agencies, and partners to drive new business opportunities 
  • Pitch and acquire new business as well as present thought leadership and strong levels of business acumen in the industry 
  • Lead full-cycle partner relationships from initial engagement, RFP, agreement development and launch
  • Strategize and plan long-term and short-term objectives to meet and/or exceed revenue goals 
  • Be the voice and representation of Attain with with all aspects and facets of the partnership, including, but not limited to, operations, technology, execution, implementation, negotiations and evaluations
  • Collaborate with broader sales leadership team, revenue operations and product teams to create a culture of continuous feedback 
  • Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to all partners by supporting performance, evaluation, metrics
  • Manage a team of business development managers and support performance and growth

  • Execute Attain’s vision to be a leader in outcomes, by constructing a number of first-to-market monetization partnerships 
  • Voice strategic ideas and plans to scale, monetize and increase brand-awareness of Attain’s unique offerings 
  • Anticipate future needs and strategize with Attain’s key customers
  • Have established strong relationships with key decision-makers and implemented successful campaigns and initiatives that demonstrate the agency's unique value and impact

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

Staff that are local to one of our offices are typically expected to be in the office three days per week and are able to work remotely for the remaining two days. We believe this environment helps foster culture, presence & connectivity!
