As a Vice President Analytics & Applied AI/ML Scientist Product Owner within our Sales Enablement Product team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop requirements and work closely with application and data engineering teams to design and deliver intelligence products such as Search and Personalization.
- Be a thought partner to product leaders for analyzing AI/ML use cases. Help transform business requirements into AI/ML specifications, determine high-level data needs, define milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Understand business processes, end-user Jobs to be Done, and help drive product instrumentation efforts and analytics to enable data-driven product and design decisions.
- Design and implement highly scalable and reliable data processing pipelines and perform analysis and insights to drive and optimize business results.
- Exercise sound technical judgment, anticipate bottlenecks, escalate effectively, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
- Help team members enhance their skills by providing guidance on ML via knowledge-sharing sessions. Participate and contribute back to firmwide Machine Learning communities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Atleast 10years of expereince (BE/B.Tech)/ 8years (ME/MS), or 5years (PhD) degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Machine Learning.
- Strong programming knowledge of Python, Spark; Strong grasp on vector operations.
- Experience as a hands-on practitioner developing strategic roadmap, deployment of robust and scalable AI/ML/Data Science solutions and products.
- Deep knowledge in Data structures, Algorithms, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Information Retrieval, Statistics, AI/ML/Data Science techniques, both exploratory and in production.
- Ability to set the analytical direction for projects, transforming vague business questions into structured analytical. Leverage data and statistical analysis to identify core issues, separate signal from noise, synthesize insights, and drive decisive outcomes.
- Product management experience in one or more of the following areas: personalization, advertising, feeds and ranking optimization, user-facing optimization, AI-driven products and features, agentic workflows.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking, articulate and clear written (documents & PowerPoint) and oral expression.
- Team Player, with the ability to inspire collaboration among teams composed of both technical and non-technical members, senior and junior audience.
- Proactive, high intellectual curiosity, ability to navigate ambiguity and forge a path forward.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, pyG, Keras, MXNet, Scikit-Learn.
- Demonstrated expertise in machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, pyG, Keras, MXNet, Scikit-Learn.
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Large Language Models (LLM), or Computer Vision and other machine learning techniques, including classification, regression algorithms.
- Experience in using GenAI (OpenAI or other models) to solve business problems.
- Experience in training/inference/ML ops on public cloud AWS.
- Knowledge of Sales CRM is a plus.
