As a Vice President in Alternative Investments Platform Marketing within J.P. Morgan, you will collaborate with senior leaders across private markets, solutions, media communications, brand, and marketing to deliver innovative strategies and compelling content. Your work will deepen client engagement, support capital raising, and position J.P. Morgan as a leader in alternatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner in the development and implementation of global and regional marketing strategies for the Alternatives platform, aligned with firm-wide objectives, acting as a technical marketing partner.
  • Collaborate with distribution, distribution marketing, and investment teams to position J.P. Morgan as a leader in private markets and alternative solutions.
  • Contribute to marketing plans that drive capital raising and client retention across key segments.
  • Partner with brand and investment teams on the scoping and creation of differentiated narratives and campaigns that highlight J.P. Morgan’s expertise and innovation in alternatives.
  • Translate complex investment insights into engaging materials, including pitch decks, thought leadership, digital campaigns, and videos.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to develop content showcasing market insights and long-term perspectives.
  • Work with client advisors and product specialists to develop tools and messaging frameworks that support sales and client engagement.
  • Provide marketing partnership for institutional, wealth management, and intermediary channels in matrix with investment specialists, investor relations, and marketing centers of excellence.
  • Assist in the execution of engagement strategies for flagship alternative events, investor conferences, and bespoke client programs.
  • Enhance the digital presence of the Alternatives platform across web, social, and CRM channels.
  • Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and measure ROI.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8 + years of experience in marketing within asset management or financial services, with a focus on alternative investments.
  • Solid understanding of private markets and distribution dynamics for institutional and wealth management clients.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting marketing strategies that drive fundraising and client engagement.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to represent marketing in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with global teams and coordinating across regions and business lines.
  • Experience developing marketing content for private markets or alternatives.
  • Proficiency in financial storytelling and content creation.
