Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Maestro: Craft and execute financial strategies that align with our growth objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Reporting Virtuoso: Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, from monthly to annual, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- CPA Certification: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with active licensure.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Prior experience in manufacturing and/or construction industries is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
