What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles including artists, technical directors, production coordinators, and support staff.

• Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content tailored to the creative community.

• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, ArtStation, industry events, and referrals.

• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain organized pipelines.

• Help shape and execute strategies for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting within the VFX, animation, games, or creative tech industries.

• Deep understanding of the VFX production pipeline and the roles that drive it.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Established network of talented professionals

• Tech-savvy and data-driven; familiar with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Passion for creative industries and the people who bring stories to life.
