TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since. As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Fire MCN gets an average of 40 million views per day. In the past 18 months TBNR has evolved from an explicitly YouTube content production house to a global disruptor in social content and human communication.

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the post-production team to understand the visual goals and ensure VFX aligns with the channel’s style and vision
- Create and integrate high-quality visual effects such as explosions, particle effects, motion tracking, compositing, and more to enhance video content
- Solve creative and technical problems that arise during the production process
- Ensure timely delivery of VFX shots that meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience as a VFX Artist
- Knowledge of memes and internet culture
- An engaging sense of humor
- Basic knowledge of YouTube
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
