Job Summary:
The VIP staff will engage with our seasonal guests that purchase premium seating, or VIP decks for our events. VIP staff members will be located throughout all of our VIP areas and will be required to assist with questions, issues, or complaints in these areas.
Job Functions:
* Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty.
* Adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations.
* Assist guests with finding their seats and handling any seating related issues.
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
* Other tasks assigned by VIP Supervisors or Managers.
This position starts at $14.00 per hour
Job Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years or older.
* Job requires constant standing.
* Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear and concise fashion.
