Ale-8-One Bottling Company Ale-8-One Bottling Company, a family-owned Kentucky beverage company based in Winchester, KY, is seeking a Vending Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of beverage equipment at customer locations throughout our service area. This position plays an important role in keeping Ale-8-One beverage equipment operating safely and efficiently. The Vending Service Technician will work directly with customers and internal team members to identify equipment issues, complete repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and help ensure positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair beverage equipment, including fountain equipment, coolers, vending equipment, and related systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service to help minimize equipment downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and other equipment-related issues as appropriate to the position.
• Respond to service calls and prioritize repairs based on customer needs and operational requirements.
• Maintain an organized service vehicle and ensure commonly used tools, parts, and supplies are properly stocked.
• Accurately complete service records, repair documentation, parts usage, and other required paperwork.

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment concerns, repairs, service needs, and potential issues.
• Work closely with Ale-8-One management and other departments to communicate equipment problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow all company safety procedures, operating standards, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Ale-8-One Bottling Company positively while working at customer locations.
•  Work independently while effectively managing multiple service calls and changing priorities throughout the day.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical, vocational, or trade school training in electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, automotive, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience with mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, beverage, vending, or other equipment repair is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose problems, identify potential solutions, and complete repairs safely and effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules, customer needs, and service requirements.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to providing quality service.
• Participating in a rotation weekend on-call schedule
