Responsável por executar e desenvolver a estratégia comercial e técnica da divisão de Refinish da PPG em sua região de atuação, assegurando a correta implementação do portfólio de produtos, políticas comerciais e suporte técnico junto a distribuidores, revendedores, oficinas e demais canais do segmento de repintura automotiva, com foco em crescimento sustentável, rentabilidade e fortalecimento da marca.
Principais atividades:
Implementar as estratégias comerciais e de portfólio de produtos e serviços junto aos distribuidores e revendedores de sua região;
Executar a estratégia regional nos diferentes tipos de clientes atendidos, incluindo distribuidores, varejo, atacadistas, oficinas e concessionárias;
Planejar e executar a implantação dos sistemas de pintura PPG nas oficinas de sua região de atuação;
Acompanhar e analisar o desempenho das principais contas da região, propondo planos de ação para incremento de vendas e fidelização;
Divulgar e posicionar o portfólio de produtos nos canais de atendimento, garantindo adequada aplicação técnica e comercial;
Realizar o mapeamento contínuo do mercado regional, identificando oportunidades de negócios na rede de distribuição e oficinas;
Acompanhar os resultados de vendas, a carteira de pedidos e o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas;
Garantir a correta implantação e o cumprimento da política comercial da empresa, incluindo preços, prazos e condições de venda;
Planejar e acompanhar a introdução, implantação e evolução dos produtos junto à base de clientes;
Monitorar as atividades da concorrência, analisando tendências, riscos e oportunidades de mercado;
Desenvolver planos comerciais com a rede de distribuição atual e prospectar novos distribuidores para expansão regional;
Treinar e desenvolver as equipes comerciais e técnicas dos distribuidores atendidos;
Definir estratégias para abertura de novas áreas de vendas e ampliação da cobertura regional;
Realizar a gestão e implantação de pedidos por meio do portal Dynamics;
Manter atualizadas as informações cadastrais e comerciais dos clientes, incluindo controles financeiros e documentos quando aplicável;
Acompanhar oficinas e frotistas atendidos pela rede de distribuição, garantindo alinhamento técnico e comercial;
Realizar regularmente a gestão das informações e atualizações necessárias da ferramenta de vendas Salesforce da PPG;
Conhecer as Políticas de Segurança, Compliance e Saúde e Meio Ambiente e os aspectos ambientais colaborando com a redução dos impactos através dos controles estabelecidos pela empresa, praticando a segregação dos resíduos e atuando de maneira responsável e sustentável perante a comunidade.
Requisitos:
Ensino Médio Completo
Desejável superior completo: Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Economia, Química ou áreas afins.
Desejável Experiência na área de repintura automotiva
Desejável Pacote Office
Disponibilidade para atuar no Rio de Janeiro.
