We are looking for a Veeva Senior System Analyst to work in our Veeva IT DevOps team partnering with Quality Assurance across the world. Do you have a passion for IT in a global life sciences environment? Then we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Administration, development and support of Veeva Quality Vault, which includes: Acting as the technical subject matter expert and solution architect for the Veeva Quality Vault within the Veeva IT DevOps team, implementing new features and deliver configuration for enhancements and fixes for our internal releases, leading the technical review of the Veeva releases, working on projects to rollout Veeva to new sites, working on projects to deliver new integrations of applications to Veeva and providing L3 technical support for Veeva Quality Vault and associated interfaces

Work with Quality Assurance teams and other functions to turn new requirements into system designs, evaluate options and deliver and test the configuration to meet the requirements, while translating unstructured or ambiguous requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning

Engage continuously with stakeholders to understand their business goals and motivating factors and with the vendor to understand their roadmap and upcoming features

Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is viewed as an internal expert on the product

Lead stakeholder interviews to align product design with business benefits and strategy, while understanding and following the prescribed governance process and development methodology for product development

Follow IT process and practice for changes and incidents., ensuring completeness of all documentation and plans, while learning and working with Danaher Business Systems methodologies for continuous process improvement; proactively suggesting solutions to business users
The essential requirements of the job include:

BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent and a minimum six years IT experience with strong experience supporting and delivering configuration changes in Veeva Vault – essential for the role

Experience with delivery of application integrations, working in a GxP validated environment and working in Agile development environment, along with excellent knowledge of best practice for eQMS and eDMA solutions

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, parallel tasks and projects, coupled with strong business process knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills, and excellent judgement and strong analytical skills

Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts, while demonstrating the ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
