Job DescriptionProject - the aim you'll have
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (L3/L4) to join a growing Platform Engineering team focused on supporting software engineers across the organization.
Unlike traditional infrastructure roles, this position is highly customer-oriented. You'll serve as the first point of contact for internal engineering teams, helping troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment, and platform-related issues while partnering with a back-end platform team for more complex challenges.
Beyond day-to-day support, you'll proactively identify recurring problems, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously improve the internal developer experience. As the platform evolves, you'll also contribute to larger infrastructure initiatives, helping shape the company's cloud strategy and build reliable, scalable AWS-based systems.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving technical problems, collaborating closely with software developers, and balancing operational excellence with hands-on engineering.

- Experience writing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Strong scripting skills using Python and Bash.
- Experience supporting Linux-based environments.

- Experience debugging infrastructure, deployment, and networking issues with strong root cause analysis skills.
