JOB DETAILS
Experience with Hyperconvergence is a plus
Data Center in a box is a plus as well
1. Administer and manage 8000 VDI’s sprawl and its infrastructure.
2. Provide Level 3 problem resolution and manage escalation for complex IT incidents.
3. Work with Hardware and Software Vendor Technical Support Representatives.
4. Perform monthly updates to the VMWare Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) non-persistent
Master/Gold Image.
5. Perform technical reviews and evaluation of new technology projects and solutions.
6. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes and
service records.
7. Assist in assessment of new technology and business trends in order to help deliver cost-effective
solutions and services.
8. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current trends and developments and provide
recommendations to IT Operations management on IT technology and issues to build better ITS solutions
that support and drive business decisions. Relationship Management.

Skills Required

- Provide Level 3 problem resolution and manage escalations for complex IT incidents.
- Perform monthly updates to VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure non-persistent master/gold images.
- Work with hardware and software vendor technical support representatives.
- Create and maintain system configuration, mapping, processes, and service documentation.
- Perform technical reviews and evaluate new technology projects and solutions.
- Assess new technology and business trends to deliver cost-effective solutions and recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current IT trends and provide recommendations to IT Operations management.
- Experience with hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI).
- Experience with Data Center in a Box solutions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (EAD, Green Card, or U.S. Citizen).
