What you will do
- Own the development strategy and lifecycle management of PCRF platform, including capacity planning, forecasting, budgeting, and technology evolution
- Lead the introduction of new services and platform capabilities, from requirements gathering through deployment and operational handover
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Drive vendor engagement, including technical evaluations, contract scope definition, and delivery governance
- Participate in tender processes by defining technical requirements, evaluating proposals, and selecting optimal solutions
- Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, including hardware/software delivery, deployment planning, and cross-functional execution
- Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, architecture, and service opportunities
- Support critical maintenance activities and complex changes in production environments
Qualifications and experience needed
- Strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE network architecture
- Hands-on experience with policy control, charging, and packet core elements
- Good understanding of Diameter and GTP signaling protocols
- Solid IP networking knowledge
- English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher
