Value Creation Associate

The associate is a core member of the Brightstar.AI delivery teams, responsible for contributing to the Value Creation Plans, driving analytical workstreams inside them and developing recommendations that create lasting impact for portfolio companies. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with senior business leaders and technologists

• Portco/Client Service & Problem Solving

  • Lead specific analytical and process improvement/re-design workstreams within enterprises

  • Develop frameworks and hypotheses to structure complex business problems

  • Create compelling presentations and reports for internal Brightstar.AI purposes and C-suite/board-level audiences of portfolio companies

  • Facilitate workshops at portfolio companies and interviews with key stakeholders

  • Coordinate implementation partners in the context of big scale AI implementations

• Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise and develop teams of Business Analysts and summer interns

  • Provide day-to-day guidance on work planning, quality standards, and deliverables

  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Partners on value creation strategy

  • Support team members' professional development through coaching and feedback

• Analysis & Insights

  • Design and execute complex analytical studies using various methodologies

  • Synthesize findings from multiple data sources into actionable insights

  • Identify, map, re-design and optimize key processes in any type of enterprise

  • Build financial models and conduct quantitative analysis

  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all analytical and redesign outputs and client materials

• Knowledge Development

  • Contribute to Brightstar.AI knowledge base and best practices

  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging topics in AI/Digital/IT transformations

  • Participate in internal training programs and capability building

  • Support business development activities

• MBA from top-tier business school or equivalent advanced degree

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience (consulting, finance, operations efficiency, strategy roles)

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in databases, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL

• Excellent project management of 3rd parties in the context of big AI transformations, interdependency management, critical path and risk assessment

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work in team environments

• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, demanding work environment
