Job Responsibilities:
Estamos com uma oportunidade de estágio para atuar no Almoxarifado da nossa unidade de Joinville, com foco em organização, controle de materiais e apoio às operações da fábrica.
Horário do estágio:
Das 08h30 às 15h30
Principais atividades:
- Controle de níveis de estoque de materiais indiretos e consumíveis via sistema ERP;
- Acompanhamento (follow-up) das datas de entrega dos materiais;
- Atendimento à fábrica para entrega de materiais e EPI's, com registro adequado;
- Conferência física de materiais recebidos e lançamento no sistema;
- Apoio em inventários, análise de divergências e controle de materiais das áreas de apoio;
- Abertura e acompanhamento de ordens de compra;
- Atualização de indicadores MRO;
- Identificação, rastreabilidade e organização dos materiais;
- Preenchimento correto de formulários conforme procedimentos internos;
- Cumprimento das normas de Qualidade, Meio Ambiente e Segurança;
- Apoio em ações de melhoria contínua com foco em Segurança, Qualidade e Custo.
