Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vaccines Junior Brand and Customer Manager. Reporting to the Business Unit Director and as part of the Marketing Team, this role will be responsible for developing customer segmentation, brand strategy, and customer plans that reflect local market needs and support business objectives.
The role represents country customer and brand needs in internal taskforces and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment between strategy, customer insight, and implementation. With a strong focus on different stakeholders, implementation excellence, and brand performance, this position leads local brand planning, supports forecasting of sales and investments, manages multichannel branded and unbranded programs, and coordinates stakeholder engagement initiatives.
What you will do
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
- Lead local Brand Committees and drive discipline in brand planning, governance, and prioritization.
- Develop customer segmentation, strategies, and plans based on customer needs, drivers, barriers, and cross-functional input.
- Represent country customer and brand needs in internal taskforces and planning forums.
- Support forecasting, planning, and tracking of sales, investments, activities, and resources for the brand.
- Implement marketing strategy and multichannel branded programs in alignment with brand priorities and customer needs.
- Create, adapt, manage, and coordinate brand content across platforms and timings.
- Track performance metrics and use insights to optimize implementation and maximize brand sales.
- Develop Scientific Leader plans in alignment with brand strategy, customer needs, and medical and compliance guidance.
- Interact with Scientific Leaders in a compliant and customer-focused manner, and support scientific congresses, speaker programs, and advisory boards.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Policy, Communications, and other internal partners to ensure scientific accuracy, consistency, and compliant execution.
What skills you will need
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
- University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, another health-related discipline, or Management.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, vaccines, or broader healthcare industry.
- Experience in marketing, brand planning, customer planning, or a comparable commercial role.
- Strong understanding of foundational marketing strategy, segmentation, customer insight generation, and brand plan development.
- Ability to develop customer strategies and multichannel branded programs that support business objectives and customer needs.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use market data, customer insights, CRM information, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform decisions.
- Project management skills, with ability to coordinate multiple activities, platforms, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in cross-functional and agile environments.
- Ability to understand scientific and clinical information and apply it appropriately within brand planning and customer engagement.
- Strong growth mindset, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, self-development, and the ability to adapt effectively in a fast-changing healthcare and commercial environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and medium to high level of English proficiency.
