V.I.E. - 12 months - Junior Financial Controller, Real Assets Funds F/M - Luxembourg
You will join our Real Assets Operations and Reporting team as a Junior Fund Controller VIE starting in January 2027.
Key responsabilities
Fund controllers are privileged partners of investment teams. You will have the opportunity to work in tandem with a more experienced fund controller, gradually becoming responsible for monitoring a portfolio of private asset funds. On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring portfolio transactions and investor subscriptions in the funds by:
- Entering all cash flows on the asset and liability sides of the funds into efront;
- Preparing loan schedules;
- Participating in investment committee meetings;
- Monitoring fund cash flow: disbursements, capital calls/distributions, etc;
- Liaising with fund custodians.
- Accounting, financial, and regulatory monitoring of the funds, particularly for:
- Tracking fund expenses;
- Verifying management data, especially during valuation exercises;
- Producing and controlling net asset values (NAVs);
- Cash and securities reconciliations;
- Liaising with fund accountants and auditors.
- Reporting preparation:
- Supporting Fund Controllers and working with the Reporting team on periodic fund reports;
- Collaborating with the Investor Relations team to respond to specific requests related to business activity and fundraising.
Additionally, you will support the Head of Operations Luxembourg in the day-to-day management of the Mirova Luxembourg subsidiary. The mission will also cover the financial, legal, and administrative management of the subsidiary, as well as monitoring its own regulatory calendar.
You will also participate in cross-departmental projects, particularly those related to fund data management and the application of AI in close collaboration with the IT department. You will work in an international environment, within a community of experts who place excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything they do.

- French or European citizens
- Between 18 and 28 years old
- To be from a country other than the host country
- Graduated
