- Assist the Head of Global Trade in developing the commercial relationship with corporate clients;
- Participate in the process of guarantee issuances, studying their texts, indicating any inaccuracies, all in constant contact with all the departments involved;
- Prepare the credit risk analysis of the different transactions and review of client’s risk. Participate in the Risk Committees with the Head Office, as well as in waivers and any other interactions with the Risk Department;
- Vetting of clients and of any entity that so requires: obtaining all the necessary information from the client or any reliable means, contacting the departments of the bank as necessary, following the entire process, keeping the client informed, etc.;
- Participate in the preparation of new contracts, as well as in the extension / changes of those already existing, checking the inclusion of all applicable conditions, terms, covenants, etc.;
- Create a listing and tracking system for the department’s portfolio;
- Intensively monitor the portfolio: Contract maturities, guarantee maturities, extension options, suspensive conditions and all kind of milestones;
- Participate in the conference calls held with customers, banks and other entities, taking care that all the points to be addressed are cited during the same time and keeping a report on each of them. On certain occasions, participate in face-to-face meetings with clients, for the same purpose;
- Preparation and follow-up of the team’s results (Budget and Landing).
