About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX & Frontend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in redesigning and modernizing our existing Angular web application and mobile applications (Android & iOS). You will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences across all platforms, from initial concept and design to final implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the redesign and development of our Angular web application and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
• Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Create high-quality, reusable, and maintainable UI components and libraries.
• Develop and implement innovative UI/UX solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of our development processes and workflows.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, or native platforms preferred).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Use of AI in daily workflow would be an added advantage.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
