What is the Role?
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team.
What you’ll be responsible
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and visually compelling user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility evaluations to enhance UX designs.
- Develop responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Optimize UI performance and ensure scalability across multiple devices and platforms.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI and front-end development.
- Mentor junior UX designers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
We are looking for a passionate talent professional who has
- 5+ years of experience in UX design and front-end development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience in motion design and animation (GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie).
- Familiarity with headless CMS, design systems, or component libraries.
- Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
- Background in A/B testing and user behavior analytics.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability principles.
- Experience with UX research methodologies and data-driven design decisions.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
