The UX & Design Team at NFQ Technologies is a dynamic extension of our Delivery Department’s development teams. We provide comprehensive user experience and design services, collaborating with a diverse range of clients—from innovative start-ups to established enterprises. Despite our compact team size, we successfully delivered large-scale projects by combining top-tier design talent with a passion for user advocacy and innovation.
This position is currently open only for applications located in Lithuania.
In this role, you will
- Create user-friendly, delightful, and accessible interface designs
- Lead and manage assigned design and UX projects
- Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and other essential deliverables
- Oversee design stages from user analysis and business requirements to design hand-off and development support
- Conduct usability testing, surveys, interviews, and other research methods to inform design decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative digital solutions
- Provide insights to refine organizational processes and product standards
What you will bring
- Proven experience in UI/UX design
- Proven experience through successfully completed UI/UX projects in collaboration with software engineering teams
- A portfolio of design projects that showcase your experience designing complex projects
- Experience working within established design systems
- Proficiency with Figma
- Advanced knowledge in at least one area such as design systems, usability, human-computer interaction, user research, interaction design, or information architecture
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages
