We're seeking a talented UX/UI professional with a strong background in interactive media design to join our User Experience team. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify target user groups, conduct interviews, and other inquiries to deeply understand user needs
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design aligns with technical business objectives
• Translate ideas and concepts into wireframes, user task flow diagrams, and functional design specifications
• Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps
• Present design solutions and user insights to key stakeholders
• Implement UX research techniques and testing to assess user behavior and inform design decisions
• Test user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, and landing pages to optimize usability
• Leverage your understanding of product specifications and user psychology to predict what works best for users
• Work alongside other designers to develop user interfaces for web-based and other software products
• Collaborate closely with developers, visual design teams, product management, and clients
• Assist with coding behaviors and functionalities for current and future software applications based on design specifications
• Participate in usability reviews and assist in user interface testing and research

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or similar field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI projects
• 2+ years of experience in a professional services organization or as a consultant
• 2+ years of experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to conduct complex, high-impact work with minimal supervision and significant independent judgment
• Strong client-facing skills, comfortable with engaging in customer conversations
• Experience creating complex workflow diagrams

Note: Base salary range is $102,000 to $130,000 USD. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
