We are developing Nebula – the biggest brand in the spiritual niche:

Having already seen the value that strong UX writing brings to our product, we’re now looking for a fourth UX Writer to help us expand this expertise, ensure a consistent voice and tone across all product flows, and elevate the user experience while supporting our brand and business goals.

Your impact:

• Craft new copy from scratch based on inputs from growth managers and product teams for new positioning.
• Audit existing funnels and eliminate drop-offs caused by unclear UX, complex text, and hard-to-understand screens.
• Review and optimize current microcopy to boost conversions and encourage desired user behaviors.
• Develop and manage a backlog of hypotheses for UX copy improvements based on ongoing tests and feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to gradually develop a comprehensive, effective copy guide.

About you:

• 1 year of experience in UX writing and a solid understanding of basic UX principles.
• Ability to create UX content guidelines, tone of voice manuals, and content matrices.
• Proficiency in American English.
• Deep empathy for users and the ability to see things from their perspective.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and write with a data-informed approach.
• Critical thinking — you don’t just follow briefs, you question them to uncover what’s truly important and purposeful.

Nice to have:

• Deeper knowledge of UX design principles.
• Experience with copy testing.
• Understanding of and experience in developing content strategy.
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation.
