The Design Team is a dynamic, multidisciplinary group of product designers, ux/ui designers, UX researchers, UX writers, and graphic designers. We're building the future of digital freedom across our cybersecurity suite products, such as NordVPN, NordPass, Saily & NordProtect. We are helping millions of users own their online lives. We are looking for a UX/UI designer who would like to help us create an engaging web presence for nordvpn.com to boost user acquisition and satisfaction. Your work will focus on designing visually compelling, conversion-focused e-commerce experiences that build user trust. You will be closely collaborating with our Growth team, which includes the Growth Manager, CRO Specialists and Data Analysts. Also, as a UX/UI designer, you will foster collaboration with copywriters, engineers, content managers and graphic designers that will help you bring the best of the landing pages live.
Main Responsibilities
- Design web and growth design solutions that enhance user engagement and interaction, ensuring a seamless experience across our platform;
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align web designs with brand identity, business objectives, and growth targets, boosting user engagement and conversions through cohesive, user-centric strategies;
- Work closely with other UI/UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Design System designers;
- Conduct A/B testing to understand our audience's behavior and preferences, transforming insights into actionable design improvements;
- Advocate for design and excellence, presenting and rationalizing your design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in web design, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise in creating engaging web environments, proficiency in Figma;
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experience;
- Commitment to aligning design with business objectives and user needs;
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with data analytics, content managers and developers to ensure design fidelity and implementation;
- A quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and evolving project requirements, open to feedback for growth and improvement;
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.

Salary Range:
