What you’ll do:
· You will join the team of Interaction design Gaming & Cross areas and in particular in the business / management Online. reporting directly to Interaction design Senior Manager
· You will have the opportunity to be involved in the design of engaging, usable and consistent customer experiences for multiple projects.
Who you are:
· You have at least 3-4 years of experience in structured contexts such as UX designer
· You have a degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field, or industry equivalent experience and an analytical and detail-oriented mindset, able to merge the needs of users and the needs of business;
· You have excellent knowledge of tools such as Figma and in Design System processes and tooling, strong UX design experience in Web, Desktop or Mobile applications, being able to ideate concepts and develop wireframes right through to high fidelity prototypes;
· You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
· You are proactive and organized, with ability to coordinate, estimate and plan your activities by dividing them according to the priorities of the projects you follow; an excellent systems thinker, able to think beyond your immediate problem and to consider it with the context of a wider ecosystem;
· You know how to use data and Analytics to gather insights and validate design decisionsre clic o toccare qui per immettere il testo.
Preferrably, you also have:
· Previous experience in designing components, app designs (native or web), and prototypeslic;
· Basic knowledge of frontend/cms development logics and UX copy writing/microcopy.
