UX Researcher

Description
We’re seeking a UX Researcher to lead user research initiatives that drive product strategy and improve user experience. In this role, you'll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to uncover deep insights through a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. You’ll plan and execute complex studies, analyze data, and deliver actionable recommendations that shape product direction.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive research projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with product and business goals
• Plan and execute structured studies using qualitative and quantitative methods, including user interviews, surveys, A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and prototype testing
• Conduct usability audits and competitor analysis to identify UX gaps, benchmark performance, and provide actionable design recommendations
• Synthesize insights from multiple sources (surveys, interviews, analytics) into clear, impactful findings that inform design and product decisions
• Deliver high-quality reports and presentations tailored to diverse audiences—from designers to executives—transforming data into strategic recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering to ensure research insights are effectively translated into solutions
• Actively contribute to UX research strategy by identifying research gaps and suggesting process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a human behavior-related field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Cognitive Science)
• 3 years of hands-on UX research experience, with a portfolio demonstrating independent ownership of impactful research projects
• Proficient in a range of research methods including usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys, preference testing, A/B testing, and analytics
• Strong data analysis and synthesis skills; ability to identify patterns and translate findings into business-relevant insights
• Experience using research and analytics tools (e.g., User Testing, Hotjar, Google Analytics or similar)
• Skilled in designing clear research artifacts—such as interview guides, surveys, user tasks, and test scenarios—that align with product goals
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills; capable of delivering insights that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently within agile environments and cross-functional teams
• Strong strategic thinking with an ability to connect user insights to business outcomes and product direction
