What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of UX or product research experience, ideally in consumer tech, wearable, or health/wellness domains.
- Proven success conducting end-to-end research from discovery through validation and post-launch evaluation.
- Expertise in mixed methods research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, fieldwork).
- Strong synthesis, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience supporting beta programs in agile environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with tools like UserTesting, Dovetail, Figma, Quantilope, or similar research/repository platforms.
- Experience working with international or multilingual teams; communicates with empathy and clarity across time zones and cultures.
- Comfortable with rapid, iterative product testing and evidence-driven experimentation.
- Background or interest in health, wellness, or behavioral science.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and curious — thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
