Position Overview:
In this role, you will collaborate with fellow operations team members to understand user needs and create solutions to positively impact digital product development. This is a hands-on role, supporting customers across disciplines to design studies that answer their critical research questions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand the company´s platform to effectively identify research opportunities and isolate the correct audiences for each

● Build and field studies for prototypes and other designs for websites, apps, and other digital experiences, all with the journey of end users in mind

● Coordinate survey launches with partners and monitor progress for timely delivery

● Collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

● 2+ years of mixed-method research experience, preferably in the digital space

● Knowledge and experience across a range of research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys

● Understanding of quantitative methodologies including survey design and analysis

● Proficiency with building surveys on Qualtrics, creator screener questions for specific audience targeting

● Proficiency with hubspot service hub or similar tolos such as Zen Desk.

● Experience with Userlytics and Figma preferred but not required
