At airpost.ai we work every day to change the way scrappy growth marketers generate ads for their products. Our platform offers performance-inspired, customized ads, ready to go live on Meta or Tiktok for a fraction of the cost.
It's a simple process: users give us a little bit of information, send their product, and we handle the rest. They'll receive numerous ads that they can easily refine to precisely resonate with their audience.

We are looking for a Product Manager UX experienced who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products deliver an intuitive, seamless, and value-driven user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design, research, engineering, marketing and founders to optimize the user experience across the product lifecycle. Your focus will be on conducting user research, developing/keeping updated user personas, helping on prioritizing features based on user needs, and driving product iteration based on feedback and data insights. This role combines the disciplines of UX design and product management to create market-leading products that achieve business objectives and exceed user expectations.


What you'll do:

  • User Experience: Take ownership of the user journey, ensuring every interaction with our product is intuitive and seamless. Collaborate closely with the founders and design team to develop user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  • User Research & Insights: Collaborate or conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights that drive product features and design improvements.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, research, engineering, founders and marketing teams to translate user needs into actionable product features that enhance usability and experience.

  • Feature Prioritization: Collaborate to prioritize features and product improvements based on user feedback, research data, and business objectives. Articulate to the engineering team what needs to be done and understand ‘the how’ as a result of the discussion with them.
  • Usability Testing & Iteration: Plan and conduct usability tests at various stages of product development to ensure user needs are met, and continuously iterate the product for optimal user experience.
  • Enablement: Collaborate with marketing team and product lead during product launches, ensuring product messaging aligns with user needs and expectations. Continuously monitor post-launch user feedback and implement product updates to drive satisfaction.
  • User Personas Development: Collaborate to define and maintain detailed user personas that guide the design and development process to ensure alignment with real user needs.

 

You have:


  • Experience: 5+ years in product management, with a strong focus on UX design or research.
  • UX Expertise: Deep knowledge of UX design principles, user-centered design processes, and user research methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data from user feedback and analytics to drive product decisions and optimizations.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with design and development teams, to ensure cohesive product delivery.
  • Project Management: Experience managing product development lifecycle, from ideation through to post-launch.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate user needs and product vision clearly to stakeholders.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) for monitoring product performance and usage data.

 It's a plus if you have:

  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, and experience with iterative product development processes.
  • Ability to balance user-centric decisions with business needs, driving successful outcomes for both.
  • Experience with video creation, digital advertisement is a plus.
