UX Designer

What You'll Do

• Conduct user research to deeply understand enterprise pain points and translate these insights into product requirements
  

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that make complex AI interactions intuitive and accessible
  

• Collaborate closely with AI engineers to ensure technical capabilities are presented in user-friendly ways
  

• Define and track success metrics for product features, iterating based on user feedback and data
  

• Balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to prioritize features effectively
  

• Develop product roadmaps that align with company strategy while meeting market demands
  

• Facilitate design thinking workshops with stakeholders to solve complex product challenges
  

• Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices in AI product design
  

• 8-10 years of UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating your design process
  

• Experience designing products that leverage AI, machine learning, or data-intensive applications
  

• Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and pain points that can be addressed with AI
  

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  

• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and product vision to diverse stakeholders
  

• Data-driven approach to design, with experience using analytics to inform product decisions
  

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into accessible user experiences
  

• Background in user research methodologies and usability testing
  

• Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside engineering teams
  

• Present your portfolio highlighting relevant UX/UI work, especially for complex or AI-powered products
