Job Overview: We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and support Auxo’s clients in delivering intuitive, impactful, and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will design end-to-end workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate complex business needs into clear, meaningful user journeys and interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-focused UX solutions for Auxo’s clients across multiple platforms and products.
- Analyze and design models, concepts, and visual elements such as user flows, scenarios, personas, interactions, content, and visual layouts, aligned with established UX principles.
- Participate in discussions with Auxo’s customers, clarifying requirements and interpreting vague inputs into actionable insights.
- Lead UX initiatives for client implementation projects, setting deliverables, managing timelines, and driving prioritization with stakeholders.
- Understand business objectives and translate them into meaningful user experience strategies.
- Utilize UX tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe XD, and design templates to streamline processes.
- Create complete UX workflows including user journeys, task analyses, wireframes, prototypes, and research-based design recommendations.
- Participate in or conduct user research, converting insights into user stories, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Web Design, UX, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional UX design experience, including workflow mapping, wireframing, and usability testing.
- Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other UX platforms.
- Experience with prototyping and working within agile workflows.
- Understanding of design systems and ability to create or maintain them.
