You will have the opportunity to solve interesting design problems.At Wellth, design goes beyond mere aesthetics – it's about crafting experiences that are intuitive and delightful. Specifically, you will:- Utilize user-centered design practices from concept to execution
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform product decisions
- Build early-stage wireframes and prototypes to help iterate quickly on ideas and identify solutions to real problems
- Deliver pixel-perfect interface designs to the engineering team for production development
- Build and maintain a design system, including documentation for cross-team collaboration

- Our empathetic marketing team to communicate the value of our solution to prospective patients and customers
- Our talented engineers to turn your visionary designs into functional, user-centric solutions

- Our dedicated support staff to understand members’ delights and grievances about our program experience
- 4+ years of professional mobile UI/UX experience
- Strong user empathy
- Clear communication skills
- Experience designing mobile user interfaces (Figma)
- Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Play, Origami, Cursor)
- Experience collaborating with engineers to ship production designs to mobile (iOS and Android) and web
- Experience building design systems/component libraries
- Experience conducting user research (user interviews, focus groups, usability tests)
- Interest in healthcare
- Experience meeting accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG)
- Local to Los Angeles strongly preferred (Hybrid)

Base Compensation: $90K - $130K
