About the Role:
For one of our clients, a big player in the IT market in Belgium, we are seeking a skilled UX Designer. This role involves contributing to the design and development of user-centered solutions, emphasizing functionality, usability, and innovative design thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and facilitate user testing.
- Develop prototypes and wireframes (UX-focused projects only).
- Lead and participate in design sprints and design thinking workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into effective solutions.
- Utilize Figma as the primary design tool.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of UX design experience.
- Strong expertise in user research, design thinking, and user testing.
- Proven ability to work on complex, service-driven projects.
- Languages: Fluency in English, plus French or Dutch is highly desirable.
- Comfortable with a hybrid working model.
