Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
- Design aesthetically pleasing responsive and interactive interfaces with graphic elements that align with brand guidelines.
- Organize content and structure navigation systems to ensure ease of use and optimal user experience.
- Create low and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile, using design tools like Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead co-design workshops.
- Create and maintain a design system, with reusable components, styles and libraries of all design elements, to maintain consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Plan and execute quality assurance tests to ensure that developed UIs align with the proposed designs.
- Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and gather feedback for improvements.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing for continues improvements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including, design specifications, usability report, research case, and developer guides.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in UX design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, and analytical tools.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Innovation and UX design trends, tools, and best practices for all tech devices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a government entity.
Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
