Here are the positions details

Level: UX Designer

Work Location: Mumbai

Exp Level: 3-8 years

Job Description:

• He/She will responsible for designs the graphical layout for software product/ web sites/pages.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the usability /UX and the development teams, effectively managing deliverables.

• He/She should possess strong hands on visual background and web design experience.

• He/She should have ability to own the Usability / UI deliverables as a whole. Apply usability heuristics to design problems. Understand various research, design and user testing methods.

• Understand the technical limitations of Internet technology. Evaluate the presentation layer of common software packages. Understand Desktop and Web technical constraints vs. client/server.

• Understand various prototyping tools and techniques. Define the Information Architecture (Sitemap Process Flows & Wireframes). Tool Expertise in MS VISIO & EXCEL.

Required Skills:

• Desktop and Browser based interface, User Interface Design principals and Human Factors Design Engineering, creating wireframes and finished screens, Graphical Elements, iconography, UI specifications

Education & Technical certification:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Architecture or Fine Arts.

• CUA/ CXA Certification from HFI or similar UX certifications would be an added advantage.

• Degree or Diploma from National Institute of Design (NID), Industrial Design Centre, IIT or any international design institutes would be an added advantage.

• Qualification or certifications in related fields such as interaction Design, New media design, Architecture, Graphic Design or Human Factors area is a plus.
