Working within the Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) department, at ZEISS, we are looking for a highly motivated UX Designer to work within our teams.
What you will be doing:
From specifying the context of use to testing your first prototype. With us, you will accompany the entire human-cantered design process. Here, you will work in agile development teams to further develop of our software.
As part of the UX team, you will have the opportunity to help shape innovative solutions for our optical and tactile measurement systems.
Through constant exchange with other UX designers, you will also have the opportunity to try out new methodologies and develop yourself further.…
What we expect from you:
-
Minimum 4 years of professional experience as UX designer in development of human-centered designs
-
Good to very good use of design and prototyping tools, such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator, etc.

Experience in working with development teams and agile methods
-
Good to very good knowledge of English language in speech and writing
-
Ability to self-organize work and propose approaches to the design process to stakeholders
-
Occasional business trips between our offices in Poland and Germany
Additional advantage will be:

Portfolio demonstrating experience in creating UX/UI designs for products

Designing desktop applications

Strong research skills – experience in user tests, interviews, observations, metrics

High communication, presentation and teamwork skills

Working with Design Systems +/- Style guides
