We are looking for a motivated Intern or Intern/Junior UI/UX Designer to join Sigma Software’s design team and contribute to a large-scale project with over 60 talented professionals. In this role, you will help shape a comprehensive product ecosystem that supports complex business processes from start to finish.
As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, product managers, and client-side stakeholders to ensure that every design solution meets both user needs and business objectives.

- Create design mockups based on the existing design system and product patterns
- Collaborate closely with the design lead, team members, business analysts, developers, and project managers
- Complete design tasks within deadlines and according to technical constraints
- Communicate with PM and design lead on project issues affecting estimates or processes
- Apply feedback from team leads and ensure quality before delivery
- Follow design and UX/UI guidelines, including file structure and source file handling
- Good understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Familiarity with Figma and mobile UI design
- Knowledge of Android and iOS guidelines
- Intermediate or higher level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced team environment
WILL BE A PLUS
- Basic understanding of design systems and responsive design
- Interest in enterprise or process-oriented products
- Commercial experience in UI/UX design
