As a UX Designer at SCB TechX, you will be immersed with top talented and multi-disciplinary teams to collaborate on designing and delivering experiences for an extensive range of digital product and services incorporating the latest technologies. You will be active in the product requirement's design process from conducting discovery research, interpreting data to drive design, creating customer journeys, designing flows and wireframes while collaborating with Visual Designers and UX Copy Writers. Your role will enable taking concepts forward and bringing them to life while championing the value that design can bring to the customers and the business.
Job Responsibilities:
UX Strategy (20%)
1. Collaborate with delivery and discovery teams to conceptualize high level journeys and high level flows of initial ideas and bring user centric perspective to help define requirements (10%)
2. Interpret research data to inform direction, propose recommendations and help validate new value features or enhancements (10%)
UX Delivery (80%)
1. Active squad collaboration in the design delivery of projects, participates in key meetings to define and estimate the UX expected project scope, communicates design artifacts and rationale and proposes recommendations to key stakeholders (20%)
2. Co-work with product owners to generate user stories, personas, customer journeys, and flows for all service touch-points (20%)
3. Craft wireframes, interaction models, information architecture, prototypes, and other supporting elements for handover (20%)
4. Conduct usability testing and propose recommendations to optimize the user experience (20%)
Qualification:
1. Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, User Experience Design, Psychology, Social Science, Information Science, Visual Design, Interaction Design or related disciplines
2. 3-5 years working in UX/UI design, user research or applied product research.
