Job Description

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points through interviews and discussions.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and solution discussions.
  • Create comprehensive UI sitemaps that outline the structure and hierarchy of the application or website.
  • Ensure the sitemap aligns with user needs and business goals.
  • Develop user journey maps to illustrate the steps users take to achieve their goals within the application or website.
  • Highlight key touchpoints and interactions to improve user experience.
  • Design low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the layout and structure of the user interface.
  • Develop high-resolution mockups to provide a detailed representation of the final design.
  • Utilize design tools such as Sketch or Figma to create and refine mockups.
  • Present wireframes and mockups to stakeholders and gather feedback.
  • Make necessary adjustments and improvements to designs based on user and stakeholder input.
  • Ensure the final design meets user expectations and business requirements.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  • Participate in solution discussions and contribute to the overall project strategy.
  • Ensure design consistency across all user interface elements and interactions.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual style throughout the project.
  • Create and maintain documentation of design processes, decisions, and iterations.
  • Provide clear and detailed design specifications for developers and other team members.
