About the Role

At Fever, we are on the lookout for a dynamic UX Writer with a deep passion for creating intuitive user experiences, a talent for crafting engaging narratives around experiences, cultural landmarks, and tourist attractions, and the ability to apply UX and SEO best practices.

This role is perfect for someone who combines creative storytelling with a strategic approach to content creation, focusing on optimizing user experience with the added benefit of enhancing search engine visibility. The ideal candidate will produce content that not only engages users but also facilitates conversion, guided by a deep understanding of UX principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance User Experience (UX): Prioritize clear, user-centric writing across all digital platforms, ensuring content facilitates a seamless and intuitive navigation experience that guides users effortlessly.
  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Use your understanding of UX to develop narratives that connect with users, spotlighting the unique selling points of each destination without compromising on engagement or clarity.
  • SEO Knowledge Application: Use your SEO knowledge to support content visibility, conducting keyword research and applying SEO insights strategically to complement your UX-focused content creation.
  • Content Strategy and Performance Optimization: Leverage analytics to evaluate user engagement and content performance, using data to refine UX strategies and improve overall content effectiveness.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to align content with visual design and marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive user experience

Requirements

  • A native-level proficiency in English.
  • 2+ years of experience in UX writing. Bonus points if you have experience and understanding of SEO 
  • Ability to identify key selling points of an experience/landmark/attraction and craft user-centric narratives that drive engagement and conversion.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-focused, engaging content. Experience in the tourism industry is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles, including the creation of clear and concise content for digital products, interfaces, and navigational elements.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to inform content strategy, with an understanding of SEO principles for content support.
  • Experience with AI tools for research, complemented by the ability to produce original, compelling content independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment, suggesting improvements and implementing best practices in UX writing.
