The Position
It will be your responsibility to ensure that the work processes with utility systems such as HVAC, steam, compressed air, vaccum as well as BMS and FMS systems for control and monitoring of room conditions are carried out in accordance with applicable requirements and instructions. Your primary tasks will consist of:

  • Ensure that processes are optimized and maintained.
  • Independently preparing instructions, handling deviations, and ensuring documentation.
  • Provide support and support to the team's technicians and external partners in carrying out tasks related to projects and daily operations.
  • Actively participate in various optimization projects.
  • Communicate across professional boundaries and with different authorities.
  • Plan your own tasks and work systematically based on current instructions.
  • Present your area of responsibility during audits and inspections.

Qualifications
To qualify for the position, we expect you to have:

  • A relevant education, e.g. Mechanical engineer, Marine engineer or other relevant academic education and experience.
  • + 2 years of experience from a similar position, within the pharmaceutical industry or from another regulated industry .
  • Experience working with operations and quality assurance in the food or pharmaceutical regulated environment will be highly advantageous.
  • Full proficiency in written and oral English and Danish.

At the same time, you possess excellent collaboration and communication skills and have the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate across the organization. Furthermore, you are precise and have a structured and systematic work approach that allows you to take ownership and meet deadlines whilst having a clear overview of your work, highly focused on quality assurance and compliance.
About the Department
Production support is a unit under Finished Products Manufacturing in building DF in Kalundborg. Here, we work together to ensure that our finished products are assembled and packaged to the highest standards. As part of Production support, you and your colleagues in the Facility team are responsible for ensuring that our building operations and utility systems function optimally and comply with applicable guidelines and requirements in relation to quality and GMP.
