General Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting information systems processes for the company’s Equipment systems to ensure consistency with company objectives and policies.

Essential Job Accountabilities

  • Assisting in the maintenance of the Equipment Department SharePoint site

  • Work with the Equipment Administration group to maintain asset master files

  • Assist in the configuration of new applications to support field operations

  • Research user questions and issues to provide feedback to users

  • Convert paper files to electronic format while ensuring compliance with local, State and Federal regulatory agencies. 

Education

  • Enrolled in an Engineering or Information Systems Management undergraduate program or a related educational program at an accredited 4 year university

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the Position

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Some software experience in Sharepoint, Oracle or SAP ERP, Microsoft Visual Studio, and/or .Net preferred.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
