Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the US Digital Product team to partner with the Business.
As a Senior Associate within the US Digital Product team, you will deliver data-promoten insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote business success. You will act on behalf of the business and our clients to enhance workstreams supporting the digitization process. Your responsibilities include analyzing workflow processes and developing business and functional requirements for innovative analytics solutions.
Job Responsibilities -
  • Extract, transform, and analyze large and complex datasets using Alteryx, Python, SQL, and other tools. Take full ownership of designing and implementing impactful visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, QlikSense, Thoughtspot, and Excel to support and advise on strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of business processes and requirements. Translate sophisticated data analysis into strategic business insights and actionable recommendations, proactively driving business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Independently communicate complex analytical findings, influence decision-making, and advocate for data-driven strategies at all levels.
  • Proactively network and collaborate with various teams to source, integrate, and validate data from multiple sources. Act as a key liaison and advisor between business, technology, and analytics teams, driving alignment and shared ownership of solutions.
  • Independently monitor data trends, ensure data quality, and provide clear, strategic explanations for data fluctuations. Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and ownership in all analytics deliverables.
  • Lead the digitization process by analyzing workflow processes, identifying, and owning opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. Drive the implementation of innovative solutions and champion best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree.
  • Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and dashboard creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, QlikSense, Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently handle complex and large-scale datasets, build strategic data connections, and generate actionable business insights.
  • Exceptional communication, advisory, and presentation skills, with proven experience engaging, influencing, and advising senior stakeholders.
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate independently and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to take full ownership of projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Private Bank product offerings and asset class knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to map analytical insights to business requirements and drive strategic, actionable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; able to deliver high-quality work under pressure and with full ownership.
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
