MyHeritage is seeking an experienced CRM & Monetization Manager to significantly enhance the conversion, engagement, and retention of its vast international user base.
This critical, hands-on role involves planning, setting up, managing, and rigorously optimizing automated campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and usage of MyHeritage features and products through marketing automation tools and various communication channels.
What you’ll do:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design, execute, and optimize large-scale, automated engagement campaigns covering the full user lifecycle: onboarding, activation, conversion, and retention.
- Conceive, build, and maintain consumer-facing campaigns for MyHeritage’s global user base, focusing on increasing conversion across various funnels and intents, product engagement, and subscriber retention rates.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches and feature announcement campaigns, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) to drive successful adoption and continuous usage of new and existing features.
Optimization & Analytics
- Be the A/B testing champion, ensuring all major campaign elements from subject lines to in-app messaging are constantly tested and iterated upon to maximize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, translating data-driven insights into actionable testing hypotheses and strategic improvements to meet ambitious engagement and revenue goals.
- Measure and increase overall user engagement metrics to achieve defined business objectives.
Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Master MyHeritage’s CRM tools and define the technical requirements needed to execute sophisticated, automated, and personalized campaigns at scale.
- Collaborate closely with the Support, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to collect and analyze user feedback; use these insights to continuously refine the messaging and value proposition.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience with CRM tools. You should love CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Optimove is a must
- Proven track record of successfully managing large scale, user-facing engagement and retention campaigns in a B2C environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, detail-orientation, and problem solving.
- A strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, content marketing, and product positioning
- Fast learner capable of quickly mastering our consumer-facing products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages to various audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets and deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field — an advantage
