Description

You will launch new channels, develop existing channels with rigorous testing, and build strategies from the ground up for new products. This position will singlehandedly grow our acquisition efforts and make key decisions about our budget and scale, requiring that you be an expert executor and an experienced judge of new opportunities.

Expectations | Duties

  • You actively manage and optimize with rigorous testing some of our key marketing channels;
  • You develop successful creatives with the help of our in-house creative team;
  • You automate and introduce new tools to save time, improve results, and increase our data visibility. We are a highly automation-driven and data-driven marketing team;
  • You act as a key stakeholder within the UA team, and pro-actively suggest and lead new initiatives to scale our marketing spend;
  • You listen to customer insights and data and proactively transform them into clear next actions reflected within your channels' strategy;
  • You will be in charge of 1-3 major projects within the marketing team, e.g. new network onboarding or other cross-functional initiatives;
  • You implement user acquisition best practices and stay on top of industry trends.
Requirements

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years in paid user acquisition, managing substantial monthly budgets, ideally within subscription, mobile, consumer apps, or games.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with experience in running SKAN and AEM, Web to App, Web to Web CAPI campaigns.
  • Strong foundation in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and a proven track record of analytical deep dives for troubleshooting.
  • Comprehensive experience in campaign management across Facebook and at least two other paid social channels (e.g., Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, Twitter).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, from concept to execution and analysis.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with a knack for improving web landing page effectiveness.
  • An independent work ethic, with a 'growth mindset' that prioritizes experimentation and testing to drive action.
