The Team & Role
The User Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our B2B platform “Popular Pays” by developing and executing innovative performance marketing strategies. In this role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end campaign execution, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams to create and optimize high-impact content and funnels that generate qualified pipelines. This position is perfect for a collaborative, analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
What you will be doing
- Manage end-to-end campaigns and expand our paid campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels to drive pipeline growth and revenue opportunities.
- Analyze and optimize campaign data, identifying trends to refine strategy and boost performance.
- Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and BI teams to support end-to-end execution of demand-generation campaigns.
- Partner with product marketing, content, and design teams to develop relevant, high-impact content.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics to engage and convert high-value prospects.
Your skills and experience
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on B2B user acquisition experience, with a proven track record in pipeline creation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, product, RevOps and BI teams.
- Deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and growth-oriented strategies.
- Expertise in managing paid media campaigns, especially on LinkedIn and Meta.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions and actionable insights.
- In-depth experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, including understanding when and how to leverage them effectively, complex persona targeting, and conducting deep analysis of campaign performance.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various functions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), leveraging it to enhance demand generation efforts.
