We offer our sales consultants the most lucrative pay plan in the area, with up to 35% COMMISSION, a killer spiff program, and an annual production bonus. What You'll Do:
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right vehicle
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and follow-up
• Contribute to a positive dealership atmosphere to ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in used vehicle sales required
• Self-motivated with a desire to exceed sales goals
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• A passion for excellent customer service
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
