 As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales of pre-owned vehicles at our dealership. This role will involve managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of used car sales professionals

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets

• Monitor and analyze sales trends to improve performance

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Automotive dealership management experience 

• Proven success in auto retail sales

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Passionate about training sales team 

• Ability to improve department profitability

• Clean driving record
