By clarifying complex challenges and fostering accountability without direct ownership of technical solutions, the team drives measurable business and operational results, supporting the successful delivery of critical organizational priorities.
What you'll do:
- Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
- Translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate on system architecture for scalability and performance.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
- Communicate program status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders and teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance program efficiency.
- Coordinate launch and post-launch activities ensuring operational excellence and issue resolution.
