What you'll do:
- Build advertiser-facing Sponsored Products web experiences (campaign setup, targeting, bidding, reporting).
- Partner with Product, Design, Backend, and Data Science to deliver scalable frontend architecture and reusable components.
- Own UI performance, reliability, accessibility, and security; instrument client-side telemetry to measure impact.
- Implement experimentation with feature flags and A/B tests.
- Troubleshoot production issues end-to-end; drive root-cause fixes and operational readiness improvements.
- Mentor engineers via design docs, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Improve developer velocity through CI/CD, build tooling, and automation.
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years building modern web applications, with deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Strong frontend architecture skills: component design, state management, API integration, and scalable UI patterns.
- Proven track record improving performance, reliability, accessibility, and security for high-traffic, data-heavy UIs.
- Experience with testing and quality (unit/integration/E2E), CI/CD, and observability/telemetry.
- Ability to lead technical design reviews, make sound tradeoffs, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
- Mentorship and technical leadership experience, raising engineering standards across teams.
